My name is Scotty Carpenter. Glenda, my beautiful wife, and I embarked on a new chapter in our lives at the beginning of 2023, trading the charm of Fredericksburg, Virginia for the coastal beauty of Little River, South Carolina. We launched a landscaping business shortly after, a venture that allowed us to connect with our community and build a strong client base. However, earlier this year, we decided to pursue a different path, one that aligns more closely with our long-term passions.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the dynamic world of real estate – the unique character of each property, the stories embedded within the walls, and the sheer diversity of homes across different landscapes. This fascination, coupled with my deep desire to assist others, led me to pursue a real estate license. I successfully completed my training and examinations in 2025 and am thrilled to be embarking on this new career.
