Patricia Ingraldi

Buying or selling a home can be one of the most important decisions a person makes and every detail of the home buying and selling process is important to Patricia. We know that buying/selling a home is one of the top most stressful things people go through. I am committed to making the process as stress free as possible.  

I grew up on Long Island and relocated to beautiful South Carolina in 2020.  I soon  joined the brokerage of Shoreline Realty in Myrtle Beach while maintaining my referral agent status with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s in NY where I help out of state clients find their homes.   

My passions include: cooking, sewing, Interior design, gardening, family, friends, language, travel and my darling dogs, Charlie and Lucie, who I adopted while doing an open house.  The owner and I have become good friends as a result.    

My love of Interior design and home renovations eventually drew me to the real estate profession.  

I value the relationships that I have developed with my clients and the excitement of finding the home that makes the “lights go on in my clients eyes” as my original broker used to say.
