We recently purchased a condo at River Oaks Golf Plantation and would like to express what a wonderful experience it was having Karen as our realtor.

Karen listened to our needs, wants and desires for what type of condo we were looking for.  She would answer emails, texts and phone calls quickly and if research to a question was necessary she would get back to us with an answer promptly. She graciously gave us suggestions and showed us many different units in areas we have never seen.

Once we decided to focus on River Oaks Golf Plantation, Karen would meet us at any time we requested always smiling and with a positive attitude. As we walked through many condos, Karen would give us her thoughts as she carefully listened to ours, which was very much appreciated. Our contract negotiations and closing went so smoothly, without a glitch.

Karen is a professional at her job and and it’s nice to see how much she enjoys what she does.

We hope to someday buy additional places and without a doubt Karen would be our realtor!
