With decades of customer service-related skills obtained mostly in the insurance industry and being raised in a hard-working, blue collar family, I understand the importance of treating people right and diligently focusing on my clients’ needs. The good old Golden Rule is something that I put into practice every day; treat others the way you want to be treated. Whether we’re talking about a single-wide or a multi-million dollar property, you’ll receive the same courtesy, respect, and tireless effort from me. On a personal note, my family and I were born and raised in the outskirts of Pittsburgh, PA; while it will always be “home” for us, we realized that it was time to trade in the cold and snow for sunshine and blue skies, lower taxes/cost of living, and tons of year-round outdoor activities. I’ve always been a beach-bum at heart, so now I’m able to live out my dream here with my husband, daughter, and our newest family member Buddy (a yellow lab).

Thirteen years ago I bought a home in NJ. At that time, I thought I had THE BEST realtor in the country, and then, I decided to retire and move to Myrtle. I somehow stumbled onto Daria on-line and now, while I may not be living there yet, I own my little dream home in Myrtle Beach! From the time we said “hello” and I told her of my dream she has been wonderful! She found my home after seeing only about a half dozen houses! She guided me every step of the way and couldn’t have made things easier. I closed in about 5 weeks! And because I can’t be there yet, she goes by and checks on the house for me. Daria was the absolute best realtor I have ever dealt with. We made the move from Pittsburgh, PA down to Myrtle Beach last week finally after months of looking remotely and looking at 25 houses in 3 days. Daria handled so much more than I expected. She did our walk thru, got the keys for us, coordinated inspections and oversaw the repairs get done. It was like she was going to be the home-owner herself the way she took care of us. She even stopped by the house a few times to check on it before we made the move after we closed. A normal realtor would’ve got their check and moved on. Not Daria, you can tell she loves what she does and is there to help thru the whole process and after! I highly recommend her to anyone. She works hard for you and it pays off in the end.
